We at MARVIC HOCKEY are so convinced of our quality that we give you a full 45-day guarantee on our ice hockey sticks for damage caused by manufacturing defects!
WARRANTY CLAIM
Should a manufacturing defect occur within 45 days of receiving your Stick, we will replace it as quickly as possible and on a one-time basis! Please understand that replacement Sticks cannot have any specifications changed compared to the defective one. No credits or refunds are possible.
To open a warranty claim, please send us the following three images to the email address below:
- One image of the entire broken Stick (simply placing both pieces side by side is sufficient)
- One image of the serial number sticker located on the shaft of the Stick
- One image from above looking into the break (if possible, hold both pieces side by side)
After our engineers have reviewed your claim, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If we determine that the defect is due to a material or manufacturing fault, we will provide you with a replacement racket (with the same specifications) as quickly as possible! This is, of course, completely free of charge, you only need to cover the shipping costs.
