We at MARVIC HOCKEY are so convinced of our quality that we give you a full 45-day guarantee on our ice hockey sticks for damage caused by manufacturing defects!
WARRANTY CLAIM
However, if your Stick is damaged due to the manufacturing process, we will replace it immediately and once!
To open a warranty case, simply send us the following three things to the email address below:
- A legible picture of the black and white warranty sticker (including serial number) located on the shaft side of your Stick
- A picture showing the damage area of the Stick
- Finally, a joint picture on which the guarantee sticker and the damage area can be seen together

After examining your documents and finding a production error, we will provide you with a replacement racket with the same specifications as soon as possible! This is of course completely free of charge, you only have to pay the shipping costs.
